This is my personal residence, and I’m searching for a respectful, female roommate to share this special space. Rent is secondary to finding the right person to join our home. You’ll have full access to a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, and laundry facilities. High-speed internet (Wi-Fi) is included, and off-street parking is provided. While I’m 420-friendly, this is not a party house. A key requirement is a love for Billie, our sweet and affectionate dog, who will surely adore you.
