Hayley's room

This is a single room with a shared bathroom in a HUGE end-unit townhouse. The neighborhood is very quiet (mostly families with elementary- and middle-school-aged children). The kitchen has a gas stove, lots of prep space, and a dishwasher. There is an in-unit washer and dryer on the top floor (next to the room), and we have a big living room perfect for get-togethers and movie nights!

We have a two-car driveway that we all sort of take turns using at random - otherwise, the neighborhood has plenty of safe street parking. We have a garage as well, which we use for storage.

Unfortunately, our landlord does not allow pets. Wi-fi, water, and utilities aren’t included in the rent, but usually come out to around $100-$150 a month.

There will be three of us when you move in - Hayley (they/them, 29, opera singer), Cailey (she/her, 29, 5th grade teacher), and Michelle (she/her, 31, travel ENT). We’re looking for someone around our age (25+) who can commit to keeping shared spaces tidy. We all also happen to have pretty early bedtimes, but that’s not a requirement :)
