The house is 1,689 sqft, 3 bed / 2.5 bath, fully furnished, with central A/C, fireplace, washer/dryer in garage, dishwasher, and a private gated yard. The backyard backs to the canyon where there are plenty of hiking trails. Our neighborhood has a public pool + spa only a 2 minute walk from the house.

The neighborhood is part of Samlarc, which gives residents access to community pools, a spa/jacuzzi, a private beach club, lagoon, and lake, plus parks and miles of connected trails.

Walking distance to Tijeras Creek Golf Course, ~14 minutes to Saddleback College, easy access to the 241 toll road. It’s a quiet, gated, well-kept community.

We’re Scotty (26, software engineer) and Bri (26, physician assistant). We are tidy, easy going, and low-key, looking for someone similar. We love this place and our current roommate is moving out in July so we are looking for someone to take his place.
