Working professional looking for a solid roommate to take the second bedroom and private bathroom in a clean apartment, ideally someone in their late 20’s-30’s. The apartment complex is less than 10 minutes to I-93 and I-95. Quiet and smaller community, building is about 3 years old and professionally managed.
The setup • 2 Bed, 2 Bath layout with good separation • Weekly housekeeper for kitchen and living room • In unit washer and dryer • Balcony • Hardwood floors throughout • Fully stocked kitchen • All utilities included • Reserved outdoor parking spot available for $50 per month • Access to on site gym, lounge, business center, and coffee bar
Room can be furnished with bed, desk, and dresser or left unfurnished.
One dog in the apartment. Well trained, calm, low maintenance. Lease does not allow additional pets.
About me I split time between Massachusetts and Florida for work, usually gone about a week each month. When I travel, the dog is covered. When I am in town, I stay active. I play ice hockey, coach and play lacrosse, and spend weekends hunting or up at the lake. My girlfriend works out of state. When she is local, we stay at her place in Burlington. I can be a solo rider, hanging home with my dog during the week, at the gym, to going out to the pub, and hanging with friends. Hardly bring people back to the Apartment as I prefer to go out and come home to quiet or low key time.
