About the room
We’re located right off of Sycamore Avenue in Vista, 5 minutes from the 78 on-ramp. Quiet apartment community with on-site laundry and close to many retail options. The available room is well-lit and ventilated with two large windows, a spacious closet and access to a shared bathroom/kitchen privileges.
As for being added to the lease, there is a $45 application fee plus a credit check and proof of income to be provided to the office.
About the roomies
Hello! The current people living in the apartment are myself(N,32), my girlfriend(K,30), and another roommate(A,25). A and I have lived here for 6+ years and K started living with me last year. We’re all pretty chill people, mostly stick to our rooms and doing our own thing. You’ll have kitchen privileges and space in the fridge_freezer/cupboards. The bathroom will be shared with K and I. As for pets, A does have a couple of cats he mostly keeps in his room and we have a single(currently) rat in a cage in the living room. For that reason, we’d ask that no dogs move in with an incoming roommate, thank you. If you have any other questions feel free to ask! -420 friendly -guest friendly -street parking only
