This apartment is a great set up of 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with a modern kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a lot of other great amenities. Everything except electricity is included in the rent price above (997 is per person, total rent is 2990), which for us was about 30 dollars a month each, Each bedroom comes with its own separate lease, offering you flexibility and independence. This apartment is pet friendly although it does require additional fees. While this is not OSU housing, it is student affiliated, so we’re looking for three students to take over the leases of my roommates and I. Other cool things you will have access to:
