Hey everyone, I’m looking for someone (or two people!) to take over my room at 102 E. Gregory Dr. for the summer. It’s a JSM property right at the corner of Gregory and First St.
The Basics:
- Dates: May 16 – Aug 21 (Dates are somewhat flexible).
- Rent: $810/month (Definitely open to negotiation—send me an offer!).
- Layout: 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom.
Why this spot is great:
- Location: If you’re planning on working out at the ARC, it’s literally a 6-minute walk.
- Commute: There are 3 bus stops within a 1-minute walk, so getting to the Union, Green St, or downtown is super easy.
- The Area: Right next to the soccer fields, tennis courts, and the bike center. It’s a very safe and high-traffic student area.
- Space: Perfect for a solo person who wants an extra room/office, or for two friends looking to room together.

My roommate and I are both UIUC students heading out of state for summer internships, so the entire 2-bedroom unit is available!

We are clean and organized, so we’ll be leaving the apartment in great shape for whoever takes over!
