Rent would be 1000$/month plus utilities. I don’t have photos yet but will be putting them up soonish. It would actually be the entire top floor of the house. It would be 2 bedrooms plus the Master bedroom. There is also a bathroom with shower. However, the shower would need to be shared as it is the only one in the house. I would live on the bottom floor connected to the garage. The middle floor has the Living room, Dining room, Kitchen and sliding door to the back yard/porch. The middle floor would obviously be shared. There is a Washer and Dryer downstairs in the bathroom I would be using which has a toilet and sink. The backyard is fenced in with a new fence and spacious. All appliances are modern, new-ish and it has an electric cooktop (I wish it was gas but it is what it is).

I am a very easy going person. I’m easy to get along with and open minded. I do like to have conversations and hang out from time to time if you would like. I go to the gym 5 days a week and hike both days of the weekend. During the summer I go backpacking at local trails as well. I play video games, both PC and PS5 but much more often on PC. I would be the only roommate, but I would be open to renting out one of the other 3 rooms upstairs if you would like to lower rent cost. If you would rather have all 3 rooms, that’s fine too. Let me know what your thoughts are. I’m super easy to talk to.
