There is an above ground garden, if you care to grow your own food. You are welcome to free pomegranates, when in season. Plenty of off street parking.

About the roomies

I am a quiet person. Who enjoys a pest free environment. I clean up after myself and expect others to as well. I have adult children, who don’t live with me. I would like to have a roommate that was friendly, quiet, around my age, and took care of there financial responsibilities timely. I am not into loud frequent overnight guests/parties.
