3 bedroom 1 bathroom house located near everything. Bus, LIRR and JFK Airport. Central air and a big private backyard for relaxation has patio furniture. No refunds after 2 days and a daily rate of $70/day will be charged for the 2 days spent. There is a clean fee of $150 that is non-refundable to clean after checkout. NO smoking NO illegal drugs No animals No fires anywhere in the yard NO overnight guests (guests should leave the house before 8pm) Quiet time 8pm-8am NO parties

I utilized the basement for storage. BASEMENT not included in the rental space. Roommates responsible male and female which may be student as well.
