In garage gym. No pets due to myself already owning 1 dog and 1 cat. Wifi included, Electric would be split, set price for water since it’s included in HOA automatically. I’m very friendly, I don’t mind lending a spare air mattress during your stay if need be. Feel free to ask me any questions. I’m an open book.
