1 Bedroom with Whole house privileges with washer dryer. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house. So shared bathroom. WIFI and small backyard with 2 dogs & a cat. No children one dog does not care for them.. Walking distance to the Collections right next door to River Park in El Rio. Taco trucks & small markets down the street. Street vendors with delicious snacks come through the neighborhood daily! Looking for someone that works away from home & has total respect for others. Dogs run the place so must be okay with them greeting you everyday.
