I’m looking for someone to fill a room in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Koreatown. Rent is $1380 + utilities. Apartment is super spacious and gets lots of light and nice sunsets. Apartment is furnished, except for your bedroom. Small balcony off the dining room. You also have your own private bathroom. No smoking/vaping inside the apartment. Current pic has a twin, but a double bed totally fits with room for more furniture. Female roommates only!

Laundry: shared in building, same floor

Parking: tandem parking (pls look that up) that fits both our cars. Gated garage.

Public transportation: There’s also some bus stops nearby and metro station a couple blocks away (~12 minute walk)

Lease: month to month but would prefer someone looking to stay long term (1 yr or more). Requires security deposit. May require credit check and income verification.

I’ve been living in LA and this apartment for 4 years and really love it. Ktown has lots to do and eat! I’m a professional in the legal field and work from home some days out of the week. I also lived her as a student and enjoyed it. I love trying out cafes, thrifting, and baking. I tend to prefer the common spaces stay clean and my roommate and I regularly share chores. Would like my roommate to be around my age-late 20s (give or take), if possible. I generally prefer to be at least somewhat friendly with roommates-but okay as long as we’re respectful of each other and our private space and communicate.
