Hey! So I have a room for rent in the heart of west palm beach 5 or less minutes from I-95, in a beautiful gated luxury apartment complex community. The pictures do not do this space justice:) included is your very own personal bathroom, huge garden style tub(perfect for bubble baths), huge closet with a 10 shoe vertical rack, your bedroom is furnished only with a blow up mattress, so you have time to get the mattress of your choice , and the bathroom is FULLY equipped with everything you may need! Including towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo samples, toothbrush, bath bomb, hand towels, toilet paper, ect! Also included in rent is literally everything such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish soap, Dyson vacuum, WIFI, cable, internet, smart printer, and upstairs loft, just to name a few. Amenities included are 24/7 gym, mini market , buissness and conference rooms, 4 resort style pools and hot tubs, tennis court, car wash center, ect!

I’m a friendly 26 year old female, I’m home pretty much 24/7 as I work from home for now, but I’m always in my room with the door closed, so you will feel almost as if you live alone. I’m very laid back and as long as you pay rent on time and have no problem cleaning up after yourself, and no attitude problems or abusive relationship ( sorry had a problem with previous roommates beating each other which I cannot tolerate)- then we should get along fine :)
