Right off of Highway 36, it’s easy to access Denver, Boulder, Louisville, and Westminster with great grocery stores and restaurants in the area as well. Property is 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths with one additional garage space space as well. Rent includes all utilities, internet, and more. Full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and living room/loft set up. The room includes a bed frame, mattress, night stands, and dresser if wanted.

I recently graduated college and am a teacher working in the Adams 12 school district. I had a roommate who just moved and another moving this summer who occupied the two other rooms in the townhome, so looking for two new roommates. I have the master bedroom and bathroom (which I pay extra for), and the other two tenants would live in the other two rooms and share a bathroom.
