Single bedroom, single bathroom, single closet second story apartment. All utilities included. In-unit washer and dryer. Furnished, but you would have to bring your own mattress. There’s space for a second mattress in the bedroom. We’d share a closet, but there’s tons of space in there and a spare dresser. I’m looking for a roommate mostly for company since I’m taking online classes so the rent is minimal ($100).

My name is Samuel and I live here alone. I’m Christian (Catholic) and I keep it pretty quiet. I’m single, 25 years old and an online student. I don’t do drugs, drink, smoke, or vape. In free time I pray, read, and occasionally play video games. I’m fairly clean – I’m not scrupulous about being perfectly clean but I do my share of cleaning. I consider myself laid-back and easy to get along with.
