The apartment is nearly 1,200 sq ft and includes a full kitchen, living area, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a large chef-style island bar. Located less than a mile from The Domain, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Also right next to Q2 Stadium. A bit about me: I’m a 43-year-old professional, easygoing, and I keep a clean, respectful home. I also have a friendly Bernedoodle puppy, so being comfortable with dogs is important. I travel a bit and am gone at times, but I also work from home a few days a week. Looking for a roommate who is tidy, responsible, and has a relatively consistent work/ school schedule. This is a great fit for someone who wants a relaxed, well-kept living environment with privacy balanced with some social opportunities. It is a friendly neighborhood with access to walkable entertainment and fitness. Lease runs through the end of October (about a 6-month commitment), $300 for you to be added to the lease/keys issued/background check, and $700 deposit to the primary leaser (me) both non-refundable.
