Renting out Two of Three bedrooms in this lovely 3 bed 3 bath split-level house!

As you enter through the front door you are faced with a choice, will you venture down in to the basement and discover what lays ahead, or climb the stairs and find rest in one of the bedrooms upstairs?

If you venture down towards the basement, you will face another crossroad of choices after you descend the stairs… forward you’ll find the laundry room, equipped with washer and dryer, on the other side of the laundry room you’ll find the down stairs bathroom. To the left as you enter, is the den, a comforting room with a wood burning fire place, offering you respite and a place to relax.

Along one of the walls you spot two doors in the den on is a guest room for occasional guests. The second is a storage closet where you might find extra supplies. across the room you’ll spot a window running almost completely across the room offering a gorgeous view of the Puget Sound.

To the Right you will find the garage, it is two cars wide. you will be able to find more supplies and tools for general house/grounds keeping in here along with the garbage can.

If instead you choose to venture upstairs you will enter the Living room also equipped with a picturesque view of the sound and a fire place this one is propane fueled. if you would like to find something to eat or drink, you’ll head forward to the kitchen, and dining area with access to the back porch and back yard. If you watch carefully, you might see some wandering wild life.

You might desire to rest? well, head down the hall, to the right of the top of the stairs. As you head down the hall the first door on the left is the upstairs bathroom, next to it will be my room, with an en-suite bathroom. across the hall will be the rooms where you might wish to rent. each room has a sliding door closet with ceiling fan and view of the sound.

Located just north outside Oak Harbor, we are situated in between two the gates to NAS Whidby Island about a 10-15 minutes away depending on gate traffic. We are located about 15 minutes away from Walmart, Safeway, Haggens, the Commissary and the NEX.

Rent is $800, which includes Internet, Water, and Electric and waste disposal.

there is a $400 deposit, which will of course be returned in full at the end of your stay, minus any damages.

If you haven’t guessed yet by reading the description of the house, I am a huge nerd. Outside of work I play my fair share of games and watch movies. I’m a pretty big fan of Dungeons and Dragons, and Magic the Gathering along with other TTRPGs and board games, when I am not doing that I can usually be found either doing a project around the house or on the computer in the den or working through my backlog of shows in the living room. I’m in the navy so I usually work the in the morning to early afternoon, and am around through out the week. Occasionally I will need to be away for work, on a detachment. I am pretty easy going, and easy to get along with, ya know treat each other with respect and civility and we will get along great!
