We’re right in the heart of NoHo, just a couple blocks from the Metro Red Line, the NoHo Arts district, the library and the park. The apartment is a 3br 2ba, with central air, a garage, shared laundry, trash pickup, and water included in the rent. We pay for internet, gas, and electricity. You’d get one of the bigger bedrooms in the apt, and share a bathroom with just one other person.

I’m an artist who loves crafting, baking, boardgames, and dnd. I’m very quiet and neat! My roommate Lavender makes music and is a game master - they spend a lot of time running Blood on the Clocktower games and streaming. Occasionally we host game nights or other chill events in the apartment which you’d be welcome to join! We aren’t partiers or drinkers, and would prefer someone who is similar in that way. Lavender has a cat named Earl who is very sweet and affectionate.
