hey there! I’m looking to find a new roommate starting May 1st at the Ashlander Apartment complex. Rent is $640/month and utilities are split evenly and includes wifi (tends to be roughly $65-$85 each depending on the season). There’s a big open field just behind the building, great for a hang out or a walk. Close to Shop n Kart and Albertson’s and just a 20 minute walk from the Oredson Todd Woods!

I am a friendly and laid back roommate! I really prioritize a clean space and am looking for a roommate who also values keeping shared spaces clean and organized. I like my chill nights in listening to music, cooking or reading, but also enjoy having company from time to time or going out.
