AVAILABLE JUNE 1st ROOMMATES WANTED
My two roommates are moving out and I am looking for two new ones. I currently live in a 4bedroom, 2 bath and rent the smallest bedrooms with one as a home office. This rental is for the smaller of the two available bedrooms. Pictured with a queen size bed.
The apartment is top floor in Lincoln Square near Jewel, Welles park, Sulzer Library, Trader Joes etc.
This is not a party spot! Looking for respectful, considerate, clean young professionals in their late 20’s/early 30s, FEMALES ONLY, preferably someone who respects quiet time/bedtime I teach yoga and often use the sunroom for practice/meditation/teaching I also will dog-sit/house sit and sometimes bring the dogs by so must be OK with dogs. They are very good pups.
We have a family living in the apartment below. The space is a duplex in a family neighborhood so we like to be respectful especially after 10p. I am an artist and yoga instructor and working on my massage license. I like to keep things clean. I know life is busy and I am flexible with clutter but excessive crumbs, dirty floors, sticky counters, gross fridge etc. are a no-go. I just don’t want to be the maid of the house. I work from my home office or I’m out of the house especially when I dog sit. Sag stellium + Cap stellium. I like historical fiction, sci-fi, reading, yoga, art, and meditation.
