Master bedroom and bathroom located in the North Phoenix area. Cross streets are Cave Creek and Bell Road. Paradise Valley area, close to PVCC and just outside of Scottsdale.

The condo is located in a gated community with a community pool. Very close to the 51 and 101 fwy, within 5 mins of each.

Can come furnished or unfurnished. No extra charge for furnished room.

Price includes everything - water, sewer, electricity, wifi.

Washer/dryer in unit. I’m planning on adding a second fridge for your exclusive access. Full kitchen access and access to all silverware and appliances.

Uncovered on site parking is available at no extra charge. I do have a garage space which will be an additional $85 a month if you are interested.

I will be living in the other room. I’m quiet, clean and play music in the evenings sometimes. I’m studying for an MBA, and I value my quiet time.

I’m taking on a remote job in the next few months, so I will be traveling from time to time. You’ll have the unit to yourself when I’m gone. 🙂

The community is very quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoy living here and I hope it can be a peaceful, relaxing space for you!
