Alice's room
About the room
Strip away the usual rental trade-offs and this is whatβs left: a room thatβs entirely your own, private bathroom, zero shared infrastructure with the rest of the house. The location handles itself malls and transport close enough to stop being something you think about. Then the neighbourhood takes over. Quiet in a way that feels earned rather than imposed. People here seem settled, grounded. The street has character without the noise that usually comes with it.
About the roomies
Tucked into their own corners of the house are a harbour master and a clinical geneticist two people who share a roof, a quiet lifestyle, and very little else in terms of daily overlap. Each has a separate room, separate routines, and a genuine preference for keeping things orderly and undisturbed. Weβre not hard to be around. The right housemate for us is simply someone who values a clean, settled home and treats it accordingly.
