The location handles itself malls and transport close enough to stop being something you think about. Then the neighbourhood takes over. Quiet in a way that feels earned rather than imposed. People here seem settled, grounded. The street has character without the noise that usually comes with it.

Tucked into their own corners of the house are a harbour master and a clinical geneticist two people who share a roof, a quiet lifestyle, and very little else in terms of daily overlap. Each has a separate room, separate routines, and a genuine preference for keeping things orderly and undisturbed. We’re not hard to be around. The right housemate for us is simply someone who values a clean, settled home and treats it accordingly.
