looking to sublease my room at The Mirage asap!

• 4x4 unit (private room + bathroom to yourself) with all girls
• second floor with a private balcony that overlooks the soccer field
• first stop on TXST shuttle route w/ a 10 min drive to campus
• fully furnished and plenty of room for decor
• washer & dryer in unit!!
• big windows with lots of sunlight
• pools, basketball courts, dog parks, gym, etc featured on the complex grounds
• pet friendly (2 per unit)
i renewed my lease to save my spot, but i’ll be moving out by july 5th and i’m looking for someone to take over the lease. i do have 2 cats here so the unit isn’t allergen free, but it can be deep cleaned and re-painted by the maintenance team for the new lease year.
currently three 20 year old girls living here that would prefer another girl! one is very, v e r y quiet and you’d hardly see her. she is incredibly nice, though, and always offers to share everything of hers with us other tenants. the other two are much more active, very talkative, always coming and going (the bedroom you would be in is directly next to the front door, so you would be able to hear them coming in and going out), and are more inclined to keep their belongings separate from everyone else. they’re much more strict about boundaries, but they aren’t unkind. nobody really uses the common space unless we’re in the kitchen or doing laundry. the unit is “pet friendly,” though two of the girls didn’t take well to my cats because the leasing office neglected to tell them i had pets here before everyone else moved in. they wouldn’t necessarily be able to object to any pets you bring, but you should know that my cats have been stressed living with people who aren’t the most considerate of them so i would recommend that you don’t bring pets.
