This will be a room in the lower level of a house. The upper level is owned and used by our landlord, but we have a completely separate space that includes, two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Each bedroom has a closet, and the bedrooms essentially share a bathroom. We are located in the Congress Park are of Denver, very close to City Park, and multiple cool restaurants and great spots to check out. We have a large backyard that is shared but rarely used by our landlord as well. AC is controlled from the top floor and we are not charged for heating and cooling costs as a result.

My name is Ben, I’m 27 years old and have lived in Denver since elementary school. I went to school in Washington before coming back to Denver after college. I currently work in sales and coach a little league baseball team on the weekends. I also have a 1 year old terrier mix named Kirby. She enjoys meeting new people, so dog people would be preferred.
