The room is located near the main entrance and offers a direct view of the street. It includes a TV with Netflix and Disney+, has been freshly painted, and features a nice closet. You will have access to parking, the internet, and all general amenities.

We are a family of five, but my sister recently moved out, so her room is now vacant—meaning there are currently only four people living on the property. The household consists of Mom, Dad, and two daughters; therefore, for the sake of greater comfort, we prefer to rent the room to a woman. We also have a dog—a German Shepherd—so we would like to find someone who is comfortable living with pets (she is an absolute sweetheart, though a bit mischievous)
