Some extra storage can be stored in spacious basement. Living room, dining room, kitchen (oven, refrigerator, pantry, dishwasher), and laundry room with both washer and dryer. Utility costs are not included in rent but are split between 4 roommates. Utilities usually range between $100-$150 per month collectively (water, gas, electric, wifi/internet, lawn care, waste service). Quiet neighborhood in Sugar Hill/Suwanne
