This is a student focused house which is meant to be a good academic and social environment that allows walking distance to both Mayo clinic downtown campus and Saint Mary’s campus. We currently have 4 roommates and are looking to fill in the last spot at the house. Our rent is currently split 5 ways with everyone paying 500 dollars per month with an additional 50 - 100 dollars based on utilities, with the average monthly rent being around 560ish. One of our guys is leaving and we want to keep the rent as cheap as possible, so we are hoping to fill in this last spot. This is a perfect set up for students looking for a good study space, camaraderie, and a convenient location for classes or rotations. I am a nursing student with my other roommates being in medical school here at Mayo. This is a fully furnished house with everything you might need.

It is a bro heavy house with us going to the gym, hosting game nights, having UFC watch parties, and of course eating the delicious Rochester food. Everyone is busy with their respective responsibilities and respect house rules in order to maintain a chill environment.
