Students welcome. Very good location to get to all Universities /collages. You could apply for a single room only ($550) or get paired with friends to rent the whole house. Rooms are nice sizes, each one has a closet, AC unit in addition to central heating/ AC, carpets throughout all rooms. Rooms are not furnished but the living room has what it needs and the kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry room in the basement (washing machine and dryer). Walking distance to the shopping center (Kroger, Target, Emergency Medical and more), very good parking any time(no street cleaning days in practice), Two utilities bills are not included and both are based on your usage: 1.electric and gas, 2. Water and trash Deposit refundable (if you leave the home clean and nothing is damaged)
