We are looking for a housemate to join us in our home in La Costa. Move in date is Sep 1st.

We live in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from the La Costa Town Center. We are all professionals in our mid-to-late twenties who work full-time on weekdays. We are an inclusive household that respects all identities.

The room available is 10x10 (not including closet space). It has a shared bathroom across the hall with a shower/tub combo. It also has a cabinet for storage.

The house has two living rooms, a large backyard, and a garage that has some storage space as well as a washer and dryer. The backyard is large and the neighborhood is very quiet.

There is currently one friendly cat. Our cat is quite shy around strangers but she will never bite or scratch you. The If you have hay allergies, this may be a problem for you. Unfortunately, we can’t have more pets, including service animals, rodents, or reptiles.

Ideal candidate:

We are looking for someone who has a stable career, enjoys a calmer lifestyle, and is respectful of shared spaces.

We have a weekly chore schedule, we want someone who can consistently complete their tasks without being asked.

We cannot accept anyone with a credit score less than 700, per our landlord’s policy.

The security deposit is one month’s rent. All utilities are split by four.

Two of us live in the master bedroom. We are both naturally introverted but enjoy chatting, watching tv, playing games, and doing puzzles in the main room. We both like indoor rock climbing and try to go a few times a week. We have a small group of friends that will come over for game night every few months.

Our other housemate likes to be out more often than not. Her fiancé will stay over on occasion, but he is very respectful and cleans up after himself. She enjoys dance and loves meeting new people.
