Private fully furnished waterfront room. Home shared with retired 76 yr old owner, retired Pastor. Access to whole house with some assistance to owner. Fishing, crabbing from house. Will pay $300 per week for assistance with room free ($750/month) with all utilities paid, elec, wifi included. Establishing an oyster farm for which the tenant may be paid a percentage. Yes, very unusual situation ;-)
About the roomies
Only myself 76 year old retired Pastor. Very gentle man only needing a bit of assistance with chores and some cleaning. I stay Monday thru Friday and return to my home Saturday and Sunday. Cooking if agreeable but not required. all groceries for same provided.
