I have THREE different private bedrooms for rent in a stunning new construction home located in Mars Hill, NC. The bedrooms are priced different as they each offer different features such as mountain facing and large private balcony, and even a fully furnished option! I’m charging between $800-$1200. Home is located in Mars Hill, NC loacted 6 minutes off exit 11 right next to MHU. Only a 25 minute drive to Downtown Asheville!!

We have 2 friendly small dogs, so preferably no additional pets but willing to consider if it’s small.

About the homeowners (in first picture): We are 29 and 26 y/o females looking for female roommates who are clean, respectful, and easygoing. We are social and enjoy having friends over occasionally, so someone comfortable with that environment is ideal. We take pride in the space and are looking for someone who will respect that.
