-rent is $855/mo, includes water, power, maid service, internet.
-walkable to campus and King St. also on the AppalCART route.
-3 other male roommates (with private rooms) each has own bathroom.
-parking included
-available May 1st, lease runs through July.
-must complete lease transfer paperwork by May 1
-all renters have their own lease contracts directly with Winkler
