About the room

This is a whole house on a corner lot. This is a 4 bedroom 2 bedroom house. This is a full bedroom with a closet. This room has a window facing outward to a field. The shared spaces would be a bathroom, full kitchen, two living rooms, and laundry. The nearby areas would be Laurel and Billings being a half hour drive. Joliet has parks, walking paths, and close to nature. The house is a new build house, you would be the first one in the room.

About the roomies

The roommates you would have would be myself and another teacher at the school. I am in my mid 30’s and the roommate is in his mid 20’s. We both are pretty quiet and like to stay in. Our work schedules are August-May, M-F, 8:00 - 4:00. I work a lot of out of hour jobs with athletics for the school. I am focused on keeping the house a clean place and not much of a party house. I’m looking for someone who would do the same. Dealbreakers would be having pets, smoking, and someone who doesn’t clean.
