This is an apartment. Bottom floor. LGBTQ+ friendly. We do have a dog that does get along with submissive dogs (male dog preferred) (cat sized preferably), and loves cats/ other small animals. If you have a dog and are interested they must be submissive and respectful of other dogs space. If ESA- no deposit monthly required. The current dog that lives there does not get along with dogs over 25lbs. If you have a submissive dog that is around 30ish lbs regardless there will be a meet and greet mandatory. Very safe area and friendly neighbors. Shared bathtub- just let us know when you’re showering, unless we aren’t home. All of the furniture and everything will be removed when you move in.
We are a chill couple that do what we can that are Trans and non-binary. We will NOT tolerate loud sounds over a certain time, and NO parties. All we ask is for you to be respectful, responsible, and to have communication respectfully without fights. We are just looking for someone that can pay their half as well. My spouse is going to school for a career and I have side hustles and we are pet sitters. I will put up more photos when I can. Rent is $700, Wifi included. Shared bills: Power is about $30-$40, gas is usually about $10-15 a piece.
