About the room

We have two cats and one dog already and for that reason cannot accept any more pets. The property has a full shared bathroom, and a half bathroom in the room listed. We have a nice, large yard and patio and deck. The house is spacious, and mostly furnished!

About the roomies

I am a student at Chattanooga State and UTC and my other roommate is also a student at UTC. I’m 21 and she is 19 and we’re looking for someone preferably within the same age group if possible. We are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy spending time in the shared spaces!
