About the room
Large 3 bedroom house with center courtyard, separate entry for each bedroom, private bathroom, shared kitchen, living room and outdoor patio room. Room is partially furnished with a queen size bed. 1 acre yard with several fenced/ gated areas, room for gardening or chickens if desired. Catchment water, internet, power and propane are split between roommates, currently around $20/month for internet, $150/ month for electricity and $10/ month for propane. Initial 6 month lease required by landlord, then month to month. Trash has to be taken to transfer station weekly by roommates, would prefer another roommate with a car.
About the roomies
Current roommates are myself, a mid-30s part time artist and UH student, a mid-20s vet tech and her two small dogs and cat. Looking for a female roommate who is employed or a student and will get along with animals and children.
