Room is partially furnished with a queen size bed. 1 acre yard with several fenced/ gated areas, room for gardening or chickens if desired. Catchment water, internet, power and propane are split between roommates, currently around $20/month for internet, $80/ month for electricity and $10/ month for propane. Current roommates are myself, a mid-30s part time artist and UH student, my 9 and 11 year old who live on-island with me half the year; a female couple in their mid-20s, one works in a veterinary clinic, and their two small dogs and cat. Looking for a female roommate who is employed or a student and will get along with animals and children.
