The duplex is located in a very accessible location just inside New Circle Rd in a friendly neighborhood and has a driveway and street parking available. The private room is a 10x10 living space with a fully furnished and shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry closet, and backyard.

I am a middle-aged LGBTQ+ male who has lived at the location for 13+ years, and the former roommate moved back to CA. I enjoy cooking, reality TV, horror movies, video games, and the paranormal. I do have a very mild case of a form of cystic fibrosis, so the place is non-smoking. I tend to steer clear of drama and keep to myself a lot.
