I have an unfurnished spare room available for immediate move in. Included is your own Bathroom (off suite but nearby). You will have access to full kitchen, dining room, living room, half the studio/office, laundry and a double fenced in lot. Some storage available in the garage. Off street parking. Rent is $1250 per month plus half utilities (water, power, gas in the winter, internet). $1250 deposit that can go towards last month. Must love dogs. I’ll have my two dogs every other week. 6 month or year lease available.
About the roomies
It’s just me. Recently divorced and need someone to help split the mortgage. I’m in alcohol sales, so I am gone or in and out most of the day and sometimes gone for a few days at a time when I don’t have my dogs. I usually turn in early ish and get up around 7 or 8. Quiet and clean for the most part.
