About the room

Rent is $1200/month split two ways, so each occupant pays $600. My roommate moves out on May 18th. Deposit is one month’s rent. Utilities usually total around $250/month, so $125/person. There is central A/C, heating, Wi-fi, a washer and dryer. Cats are allowed but not dogs. The room does not come furnished but since my roommate hasn’t moved out yet his furniture is in the pictures. The living room furnishings will stay.

About the roomies

I’m a junior engineering student and can sleep through pretty much anything so reasonable noise shouldn’t be an issue. My current roommate moves out May 18th.
