Bedroom is tastefully furnished. All appliances are new and my home is in a gated community with 24 seven security. Due to me working remotely, there is not enough room for another person to also work remotely. I am located right by the swimming pool. There is on site parking and you would have access to the main part of the condo and even use the laundry room.

About me: I have been in South Florida now for four years and call at home. I have been working in healthcare for the past 10 years and have a senior rescue dog. Our home is generally quiet, but fun. I am a millennial that enjoys like 90s nostalgia and anything from the early 2000s. My lifestyle is active and healthy. I am a non-smoker and I also expect my roommate/tenant to be the same way.
