I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and I expect the same in return. I rarely have guests, and spend most of my time home in my room. I also have a friendly cat, so you should be comfortable living with one. She gets along with other pets and people. Must pass credit and background check. I do require a non refundable holding fee of $500 that will be applied to your first months rent and a $200 move out cleaning fee.
