I’ve been in my Norcross home for over 35 years. The bedroom is partially furnished, approximately 13’ x 13’. I have a shared bathroom. Protected Wetland directly behind my home. Swimming pool, volleyball court, horseshoes and many other places in downtown Historic Norcross. Thrasher Park, Pinnacle Park, and a huge new library. Eateries minutes away. Bus stop outside subdivision. “Lots” of trees and a trail to Beaver Ruin Creek, where I walk my dog. Many deer, hawks, squirrels and turtles. Utiilities included, use of all kitchenware, a vaunted ceiling greatroom with big screen TV, and internet. Please ask me any questions you may have.

About the roomies

I do have a male roommate that has taken the time and “investment” to create the room to his liking. The shared bathroom is directly across the hallway. Brand new heat pump works great! 3 tiered deck surrounding the pool. If you enjoy being in the woods and no one living behind you, this is your place!
