About the room
Me and my roommate (2 girls) are looking for a third to replace our roommate that is moving out very soon. Our apartment is a three bedroom in collins preserve Jacksonville.
The room available is the master bedroom with its own bathroom, with in unit laundry and great facilities and appliances.
Rent is $700+ utilities
Our lease ends in September so it would just be for 4-5 months.

About the roomies
It is currently me and my roommate who are both females. We have a puppy who is potty and crate training and though has some energy is a sweet boy. We work pretty much all week so when we can we like to watch movies, eat food, have a glass of wine, go to the beach and workout. I love to cook and lounge around. We are both very clean in our shared areas and energy conservative. We are both super laid back and fun loving!
