I CURRENTLY DONT HAVE ANY PHOTOS OF THE ROOM YET! The property is calm and nice. Recently got the outside renovated so it looks good. Its a small community and quiet, besides the occasional loud cars. The area is nice too. Its located in the middle between alafaya and downtown. UCF and east campus Valencia are not far either (all between15-20mins). Shops and places to eat are very nearby aswell. The room is decent. Its kind of small unfortunately. It is currently furnished with a white twinsized daybed with storage plus a desk and a chair. You get your bathroom right across the room. The shared spaces are semi furnished. Kitchen has all appliances and a small table. Living room has a couch and a TV so far.

Im the only one who lives here. My names Giselle. I am pretty chill but also really busy most times. Im either working or messing with my plants. I usually come home late and you will hear me cooking later in the night. I occasionally bring someone over but youll rarely see them. I have one cat, he mostly stays inside my room. Im also into cars so if you have a vehicle and it has a problem i could lowkey fix it for you.
