Okay, this one’s a gem if you hate sharing bathrooms. You get a private room, fully detached from the main house, plus your own bathroom tucked inside. I’m not kidding when I say malls and the train are maybe five minutes away. And despite that, it stays oddly hushed and peaceful—no traffic hum at night. The block itself is warm and laid-back; everyone says hi but nobody pries. Honestly, it just works.

We’ve got a pretty relaxed setup here, a mechanical engineer and a museum curator living together, but we each have our own bedroom for space. Day to day it’s calm, respectful, and pretty easy-going, no loud nights or mess. We keep things clean, quiet, and peaceful because that’s how we recharge. Ideally we’d find someone polite, responsible, and tidy who likes that same low-key vibe.
