You will get your own room, good wifi, and I dont mind buying groceries or bringing food home from my work, you will need to bring a bed and anything extra can be discussed later, the apartment can get hot so I do suggest getting a fan for your room, I personally have one that runs 247 lol.

Its just me, im a single guy the room belonged to my ex and she is leaving in August, to be honest I will be homeless if I dont find someone to share the apartment with, I work part time at noodles and company i walk to work so there is no need to offer a ride, I dont really have steady hours there but i get laid enough to pay rent and get some groceries, but im very friendly and welcoming, I respect privacy and boundaries, also if you like to game I have a xbox series s with a good game catalog, and I pay for a game pass subscription so you can download any game you want or like I wont mind at all
