The room gets nice natural light and has good closet space. The apartment itself is clean, with a functional kitchen and a comfortable living area. Laundry is in the building. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to a grocery store and a bus stop, so errands and getting around are easy. It’s a peaceful spot to come home to after a busy day.
I don’t know the exact roommates yet, but ideally we would all be people who respect each other’s boundaries, communicate honestly, and keep the home drama-free. I am clean, quiet when needed and always happy to help out if someone needs it. I think good roommates don’t have to be best friends, but I believe that just kind and respectful is enough to live together as good neighbors.
