Cozy room in a historic home on a quiet street in downtown Phoenix. Big backyard, laundry on site, utilities and WiFi included. First and last month up front.

I inherited the home from my mother and am currently, slowly updating it. It’s by no means a construction zone, but expect the occasional small project here and there. If you have an eye for design or enjoy that kind of thing, that’s definitely a plus. She owned an art gallery in town, and I’m an artist myself, so artists of all walks are very welcome here.

Great location with easy access to downtown, Tempe, and the 101. Right across the street from Rancho Market.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished upon request.

I live in the casita out back. Musician by night, contractor by day.

There’s one other tenant in the main house on the opposite side. He works nights a few days a week, is very quiet, kind, and mostly keeps to himself.

There’s also a resident indoor/outdoor cat who originally belonged to my mother. He’s extremely affectionate and takes his role as landlord very seriously, so whatever he says goes. 🐱
