Around a 25 minute walk from downtown as well as tart trail access. It would be your own room as well as a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen space. An entire backyard, shed and front yard and washer and dryer included. Rent would be around the $750-800 mark depending on utilities for the month.

Hi! My name is Kaleigh and I am a lover of all things food, shopping and outdoors. I’ve lived in Traverse City for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it up here. I work pretty frequently so when I’m not working you can find me in the kitchen either cooking or baking, or going outside for walks as the tart trail is super close by!
